We Software Limited, a software outsourcing company based in China, has named Richard Theodor Kusiolek, General Manager, to head up WeSoft’s office in Silicon Valley’s Mountain View, California.

Formerly, Richard held Senior Business Development positions for Metamor (Comsys), Ciber, and Igate (Mastech) in which he managed IT Projects that required the outsourcing of people, process, and technology. Mr. Kusiolek was the Enterprise Professional Services Director of Exodus Communications, an IT Managed Services firm providing complex Internet hosting and value added Professional Services.

Mr. Kusiolek was Principal of TransGlobalNet, a Silicon Valley Management consultancy specializing in Strategic Marketing Management, Product Development, and Business Development for North American Call Centers, Internet Data Centers, and Outsourcing Delivery Centers.

In 2002, as the Senior Marketing Consultant to Huawei Technologies of Shenzhen China; Kusiolek managed the North American Strategic Launch Marketing Program of Huawei’s Routers, LAN Switches, Video Conferencing, and VoIP product lines.

Mr. Kusiolek is a researcher of China’s Software Export Strategy Board.

Mr. Kusiolek pointed out that “by 2008, China will become the second largest IT Services Market in the Asia-Pacific Region.
