BPM Senior Living to serve Las Vegas Seniors' Assisted Living and Memory Care Needs at Regency Palms Assisted Living and Regency Palms Memory Care
Portland, Oregon-based BDC Advisors, LLC, affiliate of BPM Senior Living Company, today announced its acquisition of Rose Cottage Assisted Living and Rose Cottage Memory Care communities in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) August 3, 2006 -- Portland, Oregon-based BDC Advisors, LLC, affiliate of BPM Senior Living Company, today announced its acquisition of Rose Cottage Assisted Living and Rose Cottage Memory Care communities in Las Vegas from Rosewood Communities Fund, LP. BPM Senior Living Company, a premier senior living corporation also based in Portland, Oregon, will manage both communities, in addition to its successful management of Acacia Springs Independent Senior Living in Northwest Las Vegas.
Effective immediately, Rose Cottage Assisted Living, located at 3985 S. Pearl Street is now Regency Palms Assisted Living and Rose Cottage Memory Care, located next door at 4025 S. Pearl Street, is Regency Palms Memory Care. Through this acquisition, BPM will provide individualized assisted living and memory care services to the Southeast Las Vegas community.

The Regency Palms Assisted Living community offers 54 private and companion suite apartments and the Memory Care facility offers 18 companion and private apartments, serving up to 36 residents with Alzheimer and dementia care needs. All existing residents will continue to live in both Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods with no interruption in care or services. In addition, a 40-resident adult day care currently operating within the Memory Care facility, will continue to provide day care services to Las Vegas seniors.
