Interaction Associates president and CEO, Linda Dunkel, is a finalist for the 2006 Best Bosses award for innovative leaders of small and midsize businesses. The not-for-profit organization, Winning Workplaces, sponsors the national competition annually, which is featured in the prominent business magazine, Fortune Small Business.

Judges in the Best Bosses competition will name 15 winners this year from a field of more than 100 nominees. Winners are recognized for their simultaneous commitment to business growth and to fostering enlightened and committed employees empowered for success. “Linda leads by example every single day,” said Tahar. “As a result, we have a deeply committed culture at IA and our people are extremely passionate for the work we do to help clients achieve important strategic and organizational goals. ” said Tahar.

Winners of the Best Bosses competition are chosen by a panel consisting of entrepreneurs, academics, board members of Winning Workplaces, and leaders who won in past years. The 2006 winners will be announced at the Best Bosses Conference on September 27 in Chicago.
