Intrepid Business Solutions, based in Tampa, Florida, today announces that revenue for the second quarter of 2006 is higher than projected.

The new and stronger market for Internet retail sales continues to experience an increase in growth, building on a solid base of retailers with satisfied customers.

Intrepid Business Solutions, the parent company of and, is not only one of the pioneers in the rebirth of Internet commerce, but also one of its most successful ventures, showing a healthy second quarter sales increase of 30% over the same period in 2005.

This is a continuation of their record growth over the last four years, something that eluded many new enterprises in the past. “Our success,” notes CEO Johann Erickson, “comes from delivering what the public wants. The quality products and items we offer are not only unique, but they have been purchased from sources that allow us to pass on value and savings to the buyer. We have also invested considerable time and human resources in researching customer trends in buying, and what makes one of two items appeal more to a potential buyer, when they are of relatively equal quality and price.

“What we discovered,” he adds, “is that people want information up front, in order to have what they need to make price and other comparisons. We get a lot of positive feedback on how easy negotiating and searching for an item is. Add to that our focus on customer service, and you have customers that return over and over.”

Erickson’s strategies are obviously paying off at the bottom line. Intrepid Business Solutions two sites, one which offers advertised products for less, and the other providing one stop gift shopping for home and garden décor, have become models of successful Internet retailing. Their recent addition of a new warehouse facility to handle the increased business volume is proof of their confidence in a profitable 2006.
