Michelle Stafford Voted #1 Actress by Soaps in Depth Readers

Readers of CBS Soaps in Depth magazine declare that the bombshell beauty and two-time Emmy award winner Michelle Stafford draws the distinct honor of their favorite actress. Michelle stars as Phyllis on the top-rated daytime drama “The Young and the Restless.”

Readers were asked to choose their favorite actress from a list of 80 talented daytime performers.

Rounding out the top five were Katherine Kelly Lang (“Bold & Beautiful”), Beth Ehlers (“Guiding Light”), Maura West (“As The World Turns”), Nicole Forester (“Guiding Light”).

The vivacious Michelle has developed her character of Phyllis into one of the most popular villains on daytime to date. She plays her character with ultimate verve, zest and compassion.
