These properties sold in separate transactions with aggregate sales near 60 million and included brands such as Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn, Best Western, Intown Suites, Microtel Inn, Red Roof Inn, Super 8, Knights Inn, Quality Inn, Masters Inn, as well as independent properties.
