Toronto, ON (PRWEB) August 9, 2006
Glass Robot Pendants, handmade by Toronto-based designer Izik Levy, are generating donation dollars for SickKids Foundation. A portion of all proceeds from the sale of Robot Pendants through the newly launched rockettoro.com are helping to support child health research, education, training and care.
“Healthier children. A better world.” is the vision of SickKids Foundation. Inspired by this foundation’s dedication to improving the lives of children and their families, Izik Levy has initiated a donation campaign to raise funds for the charity. 10% of all proceeds from the sale of Glass Robot Pendants through http://www.rockettoro.com are being donated. The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) is a world leader in pediatric health care and research.
Izik Levy’s Glass Robot Pendants have a glass heart embedded into their chests. Because they are handmade by the designer, using a torch and glass rods, each robot is unique. These charming characters have been exclusively available in Toronto boutiques until now. Launched in August 2006, Rockettoro features Izik Levy’s Glass Robot Pendants.
