The three daily newspapers of Brunswick News select VoicePort’s speech recognition application to field circulation phone calls.

Pittsford, NY (PRWEB) August 29, 2006 -- Brunswick News has selected VoicePort’s CircPort speech recognition application to handle circulation phone calls to the Times & Transcript, The Daily Gleaner, and The Telegraph Journal. With a combined daily circulation of over 100,000 the Brunswick News newspapers will utilize VoicePort’s OnPremise solution.

CircPort will be directly integrated to the Brunswick News PBS database. This integration allows for real-time transactions including payments, vacation holds, and delivery problem reporting. Subscribers to the three newspapers will be able to access these features 24/7.
