Knowledge Infusion Announces August Webinar Series Focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) Technology

The HCM consulting organization, Knowledge Infusion, is announcing three complimentary webinars being presented in August. The three webinars are focused on HR Budgeting, Performance Management, and Integrated Talent Management.

San Ramon, Calif. (PRWEB) August 10, 2006 -- Knowledge Infusion, the consulting authority on Human Capital Management (HCM) technology today announced the topics for its August webinar series. The webinars will be presented free of charge and will be recorded for future playback. HR and IT professionals are encouraged to attend to gain valuable information on relevant topics including HR Budgeting, Performance Management, and Integrated Talent Management.

The series consists of three one-hour, interactive sessions, each being delivered by Knowledge Infusion senior management team members and principal consultants. The series includes:

HR Technology Budgets: Steps to Take to Ensure Funding being presented on August 18, 2006 at 1:00 pm Eastern. This session will explore how best to plan for 2007 HR technology expenditures, communicate your business plan to executives and give your projects the best possible chance for funding. Presenters will be Jason Averbook, CEO and Stavros Liakakos, Vice President of Strategic HCM Consulting. Both have over 15 years of experience in HR technology working with customers on driving business results from HR Technology investments.

Performance Management: How to Rapidly Mobilize and Execute for 2007 Reviews being presented on August 23, 2006 at 2:00 pm Eastern. This session will walk you through specific action items for accelerating the selection, deployment and processes surrounding a performance management project to get you up and running for the 2007 annual review cycle. Presenters will be Heidi Spirgi, President and James Harvey, Principal Consultant. James and Heidi work closely with customers to help them develop performance management processes, evaluate software solutions, and design and implement talent management business strategies.

Holistic Talent Management: The Importance of a StrategyMap for Success presented jointly with Oracle on August 30, 2006 at 1:00 pm Eastern. This session is not exclusive to, but is targeted toward PeopleSoft and Oracle customers that are currently evaluating how to move forward with their Talent Management initiatives. Presenters will be Heidi Spirgi, President and Andrew Gebavi, Principal Consultant of Knowledge Infusion together with Chris Kirsanoff , Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle. Heidi and Andrew have intimate product knowledge of the Oracle/PeopleSoft Talent Management solutions and currently work with clients to help them leverage their existing solutions, while making smart technology investments for the future. Chris works closely with customers on the planning and implementation of Oracle/PeopleSoft solutions.
