Kate’s Caring Gifts Announces Second Annual Environmental Poetry Contest

The contest contains two categories: Best Environmental Limerick, and Best Environmental Haiku. In each category, there is a First Place Prize of a $100 gift certificate and a Second Place Prize of a $50 gift certificate.

The contest contains two categories: Best Environmental Limerick, and Best Environmental Haiku. In each category, there is a first place prize of a $100 gift certificate and a Second Place Prize of a $50 gift certificate.
Kate Amon, president and founder talked about the contest. “We started the contest because we wanted to do something that was fun, and a little unusual. We really didn’t know what kind of response to expect. When the entries came in, we were amazed. They were beautiful, funny, and thought provoking. We were thrilled, and we knew we had to do this again,” she said.
Contestants may enter both categories, and may submit as many original entries as they wish. Finalists are chosen by Kate’s Caring Gifts, Winners will be selected by the vote of visitors to KatesCaringGifts.com.
