Local Authors Spread the Word on TV Show

Fiction authors James T. Durkin of Woodridge and Rosemarie Piemonte of Downers Grove will be spreading the word about the Authors Marketing Group on Comcast TV Show Mike Kara Presents.

Durkin of Woodridge and Rosemarie Piemonte of Downers Grove, Illinois will be spreading the word about the Authors Marketing Group on Comcast TV Show Mike Kara Presents, which will air every Tuesday in September on Channel 19 at 9 pm. "The Authors Marketing Group was founded by myself and Shelia Peters in the fall of 2002," Durkin said. "It was so local authors could come together and share positive marketing ideas and experiences to help everyone sell more books."

Rosemarie Piemonte is the Webmaster for the Authors Marketing Group, which is an interactive organization for authors specializing in all genres in and near the Chicago area. Piemonte has been a member since fall of 2005. "Since I've joined the Authors Marketing Group, I have met so many wonderful people and have had many opportunities to market my book Falling Roses. Opportunities that I wouldn't have had if I wasn't a member."
