Seasoned Litigator Joins Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan

Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP (GSH) announced today that William H. Farley, Jr. has joined the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group as a partner.

(PRWEB) August 16, 2006 -- Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP (GSH) announced today that William H. Farley, Jr. has joined the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group as a partner.

Farley received his bachelor’s degree cum laude from Yale University in 1972. A Rhodes Scholar, he received his Honors Bachelor of Arts from Oxford University in 1974. He earned his law degree from Yale Law School in 1977. Farley brings [over 20 years of experience in corporate counseling and commercial litigation to Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan. He comes to the Firm from a boutique litigation firm where he served as a partner since 2003.

Farley began his legal career in 1977 at McDermott, Will & Emery where he was elected to partner before moving to an in house position with the City of Chicago in 1987. He later served as General Counsel to the Chicago Transit Authority (1989- 1992) before returning to private practice as a partner with Jenner & Block until 2000. Farley also has experience in construction litigation, products liability, government contracting and regulation, transportation law, environmental counseling and tort litigation.

Farley makes the fourth additional attorney to join the Firm in less than a month’s time. Others include Edward (Ned) B. Witte, Marcie B. Cornfield and David B. Carr.
