ResortQuest Hilton Head welcomes this winter’s Lowcountry carnival to the island. While the island is known for its summer retreat, long time islanders know that some of the best weather, food, and entertainment can be found during the winter months. This year the Hilton Head Hospitality Association has put together one the years best celebrations, Winter Carnival.
