Regent Bank Names Neill LeCorgne New Bank President

Announces other high-level promotions in propelling growth momentum.

Davie, FL (PRWEB) August 15, 2006 -- Regent Bank is pleased to announce that effective immediately, Neill LeCorgne will assume the role of president and chief operating officer of the Bank. Mr. LeCorgne has over 22 years of banking experience, and joined Regent Bank in early 2005 as executive vice president. Cyril S. Spiro, Regent Bank chairman and chief executive officer, made the announcement.

Neill LeCorgne came to Regent Bank from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, where he managed marketing teams in the Federal Home Loan Bank System for the past 14 years. In that capacity, he worked closely with bank management teams to develop strategies to meet their business challenges, retail and wholesale targets, and asset/liability management objectives. He was directly responsible for marketing, sales and business development in the Seattle Home Loan Bank district.

Prior to joining the Federal Home Loan Bank System in 1991, Mr. LeCorgne worked at First Union Corporation and Florida National Bank in their South Florida corporate banking divisions. Mr. LeCorgne is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami with a BA in International Relations and International Business and a BS in Finance. Additionally, he is a member of the Fort Lauderdale Rotary, and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.

Other promotions include Richard Gray to senior executive vice president - senior lending officer; Jim Afflerback to executive vice president - Operations; David Mazza to executive vice president - Real Estate and Bank Facilities; and Pamela Joy Owens to executive vice president and chief financial officer.
