Mike is a Director of Operations reporting to Earl Haight, Vice President of Operations at Good Leads, and will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts.

Mike will be striving to achieve his client's demand creation goals. Mike brings over 15 years of senior management experience to Good Leads from a series of high technology and new economy ventures. Most recently he was Director of Strategy and Professional Services at BAO. Prior to BAO, he was CMO of Infoteria, an XML software company. He was founder and CEO of Pangaea Software, an enterprise level software solutions company. He started his career at Modicon, where he held positions in engineering, sales, marketing and business development. Over the years, Mike has served on several boards of both commercial and non-profit ventures.

Mike holds a BS in Computer Science from Merrimack College.
