Is It Needed?    I've had 3 kids and I can't find my abs. I really enjoy working out. I'm a stay at home mom. I want to set a good example for my daughters. I used to be in the Army and I would love to be in shape like that again. Unfortunately, after years of putting kids, a husband and school first I've lost my waist and need some help finding it. I finally feel I can put myself first, I just don't know how to start. – boot camp mom

I'd love the opportunity to share this new knowledge with them as well. – boot camp mom

I have my headband, sweat bands and leg warmers all packed up in my gym bag and ready to start...—boot camp mom
