NoMoreHeadHunters was created in order to give Job Seekers and Employers more control over their initial contact.

We believe that by creating a website that allows Job Seekers and Employers to directly interact with each other, users will gain greater control.

After doing much research and reviewing most of the large job boards, we found that at least more then 65% of all postings were listed by Recruiters.

Most of the Job Seekers we interviewed explained that when they apply for a job online, they hope they are dealing with the Employer directly, but most often end up dealing with a third party. Many of these Job Seekers express a feeling of disappointment when they realize they are dealing with Recruiters only, and not the Employers.

Employers share a mutual consensus with these Job Seekers, and most feel that Recruiters are in the business of making a quick sale, regardless of the best interests of the Job Seekers and Employers.

We would also like to provide Employers with a less expensive method for posting their jobs while still getting the best value for their money without sacrificing quality. We believe that with the features our website offers, that can easily accomplished.

NoMoreHeadHunters wants to give an alternative method of establishing relationships between Job Seekers and Employers. We understand that when using the services of a Headhunter a lot of the initial process is diminished (eg: resume screening).

"It is our belief, however, that with a little effort from the Employers, a lot of money may be saved by not posting on the more expensive Job Boards or dealing with Headhunters' fees."

We also understand that finding and hiring a recruiter is sometimes more inconvenient than it is efficient.
