DALLAS, Texas (PRWEB) August 21, 2006
TixNix, an online traffic ticket fighting service, returns to the 2006 Great American Trucking Show (GATS) with more to offer professional drivers than ever before. This year, TixNix will provide free consultations with well known traffic attorneys from several states to all truckers who attend the show.
Last year at the TixNix booth, over 5,000 truckers learned new ways to keep their rigs on the road and avoid the downtime of dealing with traffic tickets.
This year truckers will be able to talk with several of the traffic fighting lawyers who work with TixNix. Each of the TixNix attorneys is trained and certified in the TixNix traffic ticket fighting process.
When a driver uses the TixNix website, he receives a free consultation from an experienced attorney who is knowledgeable in the city or county where he received the ticket. At The Great American Trucking Show, several of these same attorneys will be in the TixNix booth offering advice to truckers and other CDL license holders.
“I’ve been able to help numerous professional drivers get unfair tickets dismissed or reduced,” stated Steven Owsley, a TixNix attorney from Houston. “These are truckers who need to stay on the road to make their living.”
In addition to the free traffic ticket consultations with attorneys, TixNix will be giving live demonstrations of the free TixNix.com service for professional drivers as well as the free online service of SpeedTrapped.com – the mapping site for local speed traps.
“We wanted to do more than just talk with drivers about TixNix at the show,” said Steve Ehrenreich, CEO of TixNix. “We want professional drivers to experience just how easy TixNix makes fighting speeding tickets and other moving violations - even unwarranted DOT violations. We’re bringing some of our best attorneys to Dallas to do just that. Professional drivers make up an important client group for our company.”
“Using TixNix saves time and is more convenient for all truck drivers,” said Paul Massa, a TixNix attorney in New Orleans. “The trucker doesn’t have to deal with missed calls, voice mail or office assistants. Through TixNix, the professional driver can communicate with his attorney online at any time of day.”
Massa also pointed out, “Since the TixNix process is more efficient, legal fees are much less than they are for other traffic fighting resources too. Using TixNix attorneys is much cheaper than using prepaid legal plans.”
Unlike other legal resources, TixNix has no limit on the number of free consultations a driver can receive. Also unlike many legal plans, there are no prepaid fees with TixNix. The client only pays for the legal services he needs – and the client never pays for the TixNix online service.
TixNix will be in corner booths # 11011 and 11013, which are located at the far end of aisle 11, about half way between Pride and Polish and the South Food Court.
TixNix provides traffic law services to professional drivers and private motorists from coast to coast. TixNix attorneys are currently available in 45 states, including Texas, California, New York, Colorado, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Louisiana and Florida.
