In this position, Mr. McIver identifies, researches, reviews and analyzes relevant evidence; works closely with attorneys; provides readily supportable conclusions and opinions; and assists in the rebuttal of opposing expert witness testimony.
Mr. McIver has evaluated issues and quantified damages for complex commercial litigation, personal injury claims, eminent domain, and marital dissolution. He has been qualified as an expert witness in a variety of legal matters. An experienced auditor, he is adept at interpreting many types of financial documents, evaluating the probability of various scenarios, developing pertinent assumptions, and substantiating the validity of future projections.
