Board Chair Marybeth Tahar to Present Interaction Associates Innovative Thinking on Developing Strategic Leaders at October CLO Magazine Event Strategic Thinking as a Core Competency

Interaction Associates (IA) joins an impressive roster at Chief Learning Officer magazine’s Fall Symposium in October -- a premiere event titled The Learning Horizon: The Path to Organizational Effectiveness.

The firm’s Board Chair, Marybeth Tahar will speak on Developing Great Strategic Leaders in Your Organization -- Better Problem-Solving, Better Decisions, Better Outcomes.

Tahar is a nationally known strategy and organizational effectiveness expert and Chair of the Board at Interaction Associates. Her speech at the CLO magazine symposium will focus on a system of proven cognitive methods that foster strategic thinking within an organization. Tahar’s work draws a specific distinction between strategic thinking and the more commonly cited strategic planning -- and it includes practical application of several distinct strategic thinking skills.

In addition to her Board Chair role at Interaction Associates, Tahar is a senior collaboration consultant with the performance solutions innovator. She joined IA in 1986 and has consulted with a wide variety of Fortune 1000 clients, ranging from America Online and Apple Computer, to G.E. Capital, Kaiser-Permanente, Kraft, Microsoft, Office Depot, Pfizer, Shell Oil, Sun Microsystems, Time Warner, The Limited, and Visa USA -- among others.
