ISSA Appoints VP of Program and Product Development
The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) recently appointed Adrian Hutber as VP of Program and Product Development for ISSA. Dr. Hutber formerly served as the Director of the Human Kinetics Health and Fitness Education Division from 1999 to 2005.
Carpinteria, CA (PRWEB) August 24, 2006 -- The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), the southern California-based fitness education provider that certifies personal fitness trainers, recently appointed Adrian Hutber as VP of Program and Product Development for ISSA. Dr. Hutber will be ensuring that ISSA members are provided with the highest quality educational tools for developing their fitness careers.
Hutber served as the Director of the Human Kinetics Health and Fitness Education Division from 1999 to 2005. This division produced all of Human Kinetic's health and fitness courses, both in print and online. At the time of Hutber’s departure, the Health and Fitness Education Division had approximately 40 highly-interactive online courses that included a complete, integrated curriculum for the modern fitness professional. Hutber has a PhD in Exercise Physiology and, in his spare time, he and his wife coach the University of Illinois DanceSport Team. In addition, Hutber is the Senior Instructor for the American Karate-Do Shotokai organization.
