New Talent Added to MD Scientific's Executive Team
Howard will bring medical technology background to growing company.

(PRWEB) August 23, 2006 -- MD Scientific, LLC,creators of EndoTool™, a stand-alone software application to help qualified healthcare providers calculate insulin dosage to control blood sugar for patients in critical care, announces the addition of Greg Howard to their Executive team. In his role as Director of Business Development – Medical Software, Greg will be responsible for planning, developing and initiating programs to increase sales of all of MD Scientific’s medical software products. He will also be accountable for sales results and the activities and functions leading to those sales results.
Greg comes to MD Scientific with over 15 years experience in medical technology and equipment sales. Prior to joining MD Scientific’s team, Greg spent seven years as Senior Regional Business Manager at Medical Automation Systems in Charlottesville, Va. There, he secured multi-year contracts with several different Integrated Health Networks, including Carolinas Healthcare System. He successfully closed business in all levels of the institution, including Laboratory, Nursing and Information Systems, and was recognized as Top Performer in the Country in sales again and again. Previous to his role at Medical Automation Systems, Greg was Senior Hospital Account Manager at Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis, Ind. for almost five years. He received national honors there as well, exceeding sales goals several times. He contracted multi-year commitments with hospitals and IHNs to provide Point of Care testing devices. With all of Greg’s valuable knowledge of the industry, MD Scientific is looking forward to having him contribute to the company’s mission of improving healthcare.
