The Spinal Cord Tumor Association is pleased to announce the Third International Spinal Cord Tumor Conference, to be held at the Tremont Plaza Hotel, in Baltimore, Md, on August 25-26, 2006.

(PRWEB) August 25, 2006 -- The Spinal Cord Tumor Association is pleased to announce the Third International Spinal Cord Tumor Conference, to be held at the Tremont Plaza Hotel, in Baltimore, Md, on August 25-26.

This is an opportunity to learn about spinal cord tumors and the treatment options, recieve support from tumor survivors, listen to and meet many recognized experts in the medical field. Learn what research is being done to treat and conquor this rare but debilitating disease.

The Spinal Cord Tumor Associatation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization formed by spinal cord tumor survivors for the purpose of supporting survivors and their families. We also seek to educate and raise awareness about this rare and debilitating illness, and work in partnership with the medical community and others to improve survivors quality of life, as well as for the prevention and cure of spinal cord tumors.
