New Chapter in the On-line Comics History
Inspired by the “Become the next Internet millionaire” idea, a Hungarian entrepreneurs have set up a Web site to sell all the empty areas of his new on-line comics called: Million Dollar Comics. If his idea succeeds, we’ll be the witnesses of the birth of a new on-line advertising formula.
(PRWEB) August 26, 2006 -- Balazs Hardi launched a new advertising Web site at MillionDollarComicsPage.com to earn 3 millions of dollar by selling all the empty areas of his on-line comics.
Last December, Alex Tew's homepage at MillionDollarHomepage.com received worldwide media attention when he started to sell his one million ad pixels in 10x10 pixel blocks. The British entrepreneur aimed to pay his way through university from the $1 million he earned with this idea. As we know, his idea proved to be successful and he managed to made the million dollars within a four month period.
Balazs Hardi, creator of the Million Dollar Comics Page, expects even bigger success. He says: “I think that my idea is really funny, it gives a full multimedia potential (sounds, animations) to the advertisers and it can open a new chapter in on-line comics history.”
As for what the entrepreneur wants to spend the money on, Balazs has the following answer: “I have tree awesome kids. Adam,Roland and Livia. I will spend the big part of the money on their and my education. So they could complete their schools even in foreign countries (UK, USA) if they want and I could become a professional animator as I could pay my studies all the way along:
- learning English language
- learning (and buying) all CG animation software needed
- learning animation from great animator mentors
