David J. David J. Billings has been illustrating professionally for many years. He began his career in the sign industry and moved into television, creating storyboards and animating for Nickelodeon’s Blue’s Clues. David has also spoken to industry groups and kids about animation using his independent short Change as a tool for educating people on creating their own films.
