The new additions, starting Tuesday, September 5th are as follows:

  • Kula will now offer a 12:15-1:15 lunchtime schvitz on M/W/F, and a 2:15-3:45 pm Kula Flow class on Tu/Th.
  • For the early birds, the Solar Flow classes will excite and delight- a Tu/Th 7:00-8:30 am joins the schedule to accompany the M/W/F 7:45-9:00 am class
  • For weekend early risers, a pre-brunch Kula Flow class has been added from 9:00-10:45 on Sunday to help you work up an appetite!

The daily 10:00 am, 4:15, 6:30 and 8:15 yoga fiestas still remain, as do the other weekend sessions.
