“Trinity Health, in its efforts to deploy a standard CDM (charge description master) through its Genesis implementation project, required a toolkit that supported change management to all of our member hospitals,” explained Debbie Flaska, Manager CDM and Coding, Trinity Health. “By working with Craneware, we believe that we’ve found a toolkit that supports our deployment of the standard and provides the ability to manage regulatory changes. We believe that application of the Chargemaster Toolkit will work towards enhancement of our revenue cycle effectiveness.”

Chargemaster Toolkit is a complete package for chargemaster management that provides a comprehensive tool for CDM managers who are involved in the daily update, review and maintenance of their CDM. The solution includes an active codebook feature plus a browser-based, easy-to-access cross reference tool for users who want to research coding, regulations and pricing information.
