And while Lowe’s is committed to supplying the structural components needed to erect this affordable new house, Bethel Farms will supply the sod to restore and beautify the yard.

Katrina Cottages come in four different floor plans, and were designed to withstand winds up to 140 mph. With the exception of construction costs of building the home, HVAC and foundation materials required by local building codes, the cost of a Katrina Cottage at Lowe’s is virtually all-inclusive.

A special press preview and ribbon cutting is scheduled for August 29th, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi with Governor Haley Barbour in attendance.
