His business model takes an aggressive approach, using innovative services to highlight properties for buyers, sellers, or those simply searching to rent. “Seventy-five percent of all real estate buyers use the internet before they buy. We want to make sure we’re doing what we can to make our properties stand out from the rest,” says Roszell.
CondoHotels.com utilizes several services to feature properties. The Condo Hotel Connection, a nationwide primetime TV show with exposure to over 28 million households, showcases properties 8 times a month on both DIRECTV and Dish Network. The show is available for viewing on the CondoHotel.com website as well. CondoHotels.com also works with some of the largest and most prestigious auction houses in the country. These auction houses offer an accelerated sales program and advertise in well known national publications. Other services include Internet TV and trade shows.
“This is a polarizing time in the real estate market,” says Roszell. “Lots of sellers produce a great opportunity for buyers. We’re hoping to cover every base for everyone.”
