Dr. Tom Kersting, the author of the new book FAT PROOF (coming in January) is offering a fun and exciting weight-loss challenge through his online newsletter community. According to Dr. Tom, “this challenge is actually quite simple because it consists of just 4 easy weight-loss steps that participants will follow over an 8 week period.”
Dr. Tom will not reveal what the four steps are because he believes that achieving healthy weight loss is one step at a time. “Everything I teach about weight-loss has to do with the subconscious mind and every one of the newsletters I send out is not only loaded with valuable weight-loss tips, but also with messages that are designed to sink into the readers subconscious. I suppose you can call them subliminal”, says Kersting.
According to Kersting, “this weight loss challenge is subliminal and by definition that means that some pretty amazing things can happen to those who participate in the challenge without them even being aware of it.”
