VIP Realty Introduces Unique Marketing Tools To Help Buyers And Sellers

Current market conditions have brokers, agents, buyers and sellers buzzing – is there a bubble, is it cooling, is it soft, will it stabilize, will it burst, how will it affect the economy? This question is causing a lot of talk among buyers and sellers in Southwest Florida.

Currently we are coming off of a very strong sellers market. The market is beginning to change to a buyers market - and prices are reaching more sustainable levels.

VIP Marketing Group President, Charles Ashby, held what he says is the most important meeting in the company’s 31- year history! During a three- hour meeting at Edison College, Ashby and members of the VIP Realty Group team spoke with more than 225 VIP Group residential agents serving Collier and Lee Counties, about current market conditions, and how the company is helping buyers and sellers achieve the highest level of value in the current market.

Ashby stated, “Currently we are coming off of a very strong sellers market. The market is beginning to change to a buyers market - and prices are reaching more sustainable levels.” So, what does this mean for sellers? According to Ashby, it means that the company will hold true to their mission statement – to “Maximize The Financial Well Being Of The Seller And The Quality Of Life Of The Buyer.”

In keeping with this mission, VIP Realty Group has performed an evaluation of every property listed with the company. The properties have been evaluated based on VALUE, TERMS, and CONDITIONS. Five (5) major factors determine Value. (1) Location (2) Condition (3) Price

(4) Terms, and (5) Time. TERMS are determined by factors like low market financing, special programs and the willingness of the seller to work with buyers. CONDITON is determined by how ready the home is to move into. After meeting with the sellers and determining the rating, VIP Realty Group will help buyers identify these properties in all print and internet advertising. The properties will be identified as VIP Properties -- VALUE IMPROVED PROPERTIES. To a buyer this means that the seller is serious, the property is priced at the correct value, and that the home is in move in condition. These homes deserve the buyer’s first and best consideration.

According to Ashby, one of the main goals is to prove that now is the time to buy. Interest rates are low and properties have been priced at their best value. Educating agents, buyers, and sellers, is a high priority in the current market and will help everyone achieve their goals. The new marketing tools will ensure that buyers will live their dreams and will not miss the window of opportunity.
