Urgent Care Centers, Inc. announced today it has chosen the sites for the 1st six Urgent Care/Diagnostic Imaging Centers it will establish.

Urgent Care Centers, Inc., a subsidiary of Physician Partnerships International, LLC has chosen the first six sites it will establish Urgent Care/Diagnostic Imaging Centers.

Urgent Care Centers, Inc. is a newly formed company led by experienced healthcare service company entrepreneurs. The Management and Administration of UCC, Inc. have over 25 years experience building and operating a number of diagnostic and therapeutic healthcare companies.

Each Ambulatory Care Center will operate from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday and be walk-in. They will offer the "Paperless Practice" so patients can access their medical records from anywhere in the world. The Centers will be staffed by physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. All Centers will have diagnostic imaging capabilities such as ultrasound, CT (including 64 slice), nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy and general x-ray.

Urgent Care Centers, Inc. is working with a leader in the "neighborhood" medical office building real estate market to establish some of the initial sites. The initial Centers will be in Georgia, Oregon and Texas. Many of the centers may be jointly owned in partnership with the area physicians or hospital.
