New York, NY (PRWEB) August 31, 2006
The newly released LotInfo Pro (http://www.LotInfo.com) is a one-stop source of mapped data on New York City properties. With LotInfo Pro, property seekers and buyers can use a lot level map to browse thousands of New York City properties; collect data for specific sites; and manage their property portfolio, all at one convenient place.
The 2006 version features new links to web-based property data and photography; enhanced ability to map and edit in-house data; and new tools for finding properties of interest. In addition to property mapping and data, LotInfo Pro displays subway lines and stations with average number of weekday and weekend riders; NYC administrative and election districts; and US Census boundaries. Monthly tracking of property sales and building permits can be accessed with LotInfo Pro add-on modules.
“New York City property information is available from a multitude of sources. LotInfo brings it all together and allows users to visualize it on a map. This latest version provides access to new sources of data and makes it easier to access, edit, and import and export the information. The result is a significant savings of time and effort,” said Tri Vo, Co-founder, LotInfo LLC.
“When making decisions, you need to do more than access information; you need to interact with it,” says John Ziegler, President, LotInfo, LLC. “We developed LotInfo Pro as a PC-based program that, in addition to providing access to the available New York City property data, allows you to add and update your own notes and property lists, and to query the map to find properties of interest.”
Version 2006 of LotInfo Pro boasts several new features. Ziegler says, “The new 2006 version enhances the functionality of the 2005 version and adds direct links to public and commercial web sites that maintain data on individual properties. The user can now click on a specific lot and retrieve three sources of information: City-wide property data assembled by LotInfo; web data and photography for individual lots; and the user’s own information and notes. The result is a powerful tool and a significant time saver for people who need to include location in their decision-making process.”
LotInfo can be installed on individual PCs or placed on a server and shared by multiple users for enterprise-wide use. LotInfo product information can be found at http://www.lotinfo.com.
