The Le Mélange project will be located one block north of the Henderson beach in Destin. This 2.5-site is programmed for a mixed use development containing 60 condominiums, office, retail and parking. The “for sale” condos and offices will be designed to take full advantage of views of the Gulf of Mexico. The planned site amenities include a roof top pool, spa, and gathering areas.

The $52 million project is expected to be completed by December 2008.
