September 3, 2006 -- WHAT: Opening Press Conference of the CBCF 36th Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) -- “Changing Course, Confronting Crises, Continuing the Legacy”. Leadership of the Congressional Black Caucus and the CBCF will describe Conference agenda and objectives. Dell President and CEO Kevin Rollins will unveil Avoice, an online library of African-American legislative and political history that is the result of a collaboration between the CBCF and Dell. Related remarks by the Presidents of The University of Texas and Howard University, in their capacity as project partners.
