Music World Entertainment Presents "COUNTDOWN TO B'DAY” in Houston to Celebrate Beyoncé's New Album Release on Her Birthday Monday, September 4, 2006
The star-studded celebration will include celebrities, VIP's, athletes and Houston City officials.
(Billboard Publicity Wire/PRWEB ) September 3, 2006 -- Houston’s own Music World Entertainment, (management company of Beyoncé and Destiny's Child, the most successful "girl group" in the history of Pop Music), VIP's, Athletes, Houston City Officials, Surprise Celebrity guests and The Survivor Foundation (a charitable entity of the "Knowles-Rowland Center For Youth", to provide transitional housing for Hurricane Katrina victims in the Houston area).
What: An exclusive star-studded event to celebrate and "countdown" (to midnight) the worldwide release of multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winner, Beyoncé’s forthcoming solo album B'Day (Sony Urban/Columbia). The high-profile event will be an exciting evening with live entertainment, a Beyoncé album listening session, a live direct Beyoncé concert feed from Tokyo, never-before-scene clips from the not-yet-released Dreamgirls movie, exciting performance by multi-platinum selling R&B group, NEXT and much more.
The "Countdown to B'Day" celebration, will also offer guests the first opportunity to purchase the Wal-Mart / BET exclusive 2-pack special edition of "B'Day" that will be available to the world at the stroke of midnight on September 5th. "Countdown to B'Day" is being presented by Music World Entertainment and sponsored by Mercedes Benz, Houston Greenway, Sugar Shack, Havana Bar & Grill, Miller Grossbard and Associates, Private Jewelers International, First Impressions Custom Clothes, KTRK ABC 13 and Jones Magazine.
