In this role, Clark will lead all marketing and sales strategies and initiatives with the goal of expanding the full array of RFL’s behavioral health services and increasing the already-broad embrace of the company’s outcomes-based delivery model.

Clark is a trained clinician and comes to RFL with years of senior level experience within the Behavioral Health, Disability, and Absence Management arena. Dan has held positions at Aetna, CIGNA, UnumProvident, and Value Options in a variety of capacities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology/pre-medicine from Baylor University, a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology from Dallas Baptist University, and has worked as a certified rehabilitation counselor.
RFL has expanded its service offerings in recent years to include wellness initiatives, disease management services, and comprehensive obesity treatment programs—all of which are delivered via RFL’s outcomes-based service model, enabled by its proprietary SIGNAL(SM) system (Statistical Indicators of Growth, Navigation, Alignment, and Learning).
