Furniture Company Enters New Market

Space2, a collaboration between leading furniture manufacturer Meristem Furniture Group (MFG) and online marketing agency, Mustard Technologies, has announced it has entered the retail market. MFG will be responsible for the manufacture and distribution of furniture orders to customers while Mustard Technologies created the site and will run the support systems and customer service centre.

The new site, space2.com, allows consumers to view and buy furniture for every room in the home, from beds and wardrobes, through to bathroom sink units, kitchens and dining room suites.

Visitors to the site can also benefit from design advice from top London Interior Designer Abigail Ahern who will be contributing to the space2.com monthly newsletter.

MFG will be responsible for the manufacture and distribution of furniture orders to customers while Mustard Technologies created the site and will run the support systems and customer service centre.

The website is supported by a database called Red Spider developed by Mustard Technologies. Red Spider centralises all customer and prospect data, and automates order confirmations and delivery information. It also collates customer feedback on their buying experience and sends offers to prospects within areas where they have shown a prior interest. The system also produces MI reports, financial end of day reports and sales reporting.
