We know that customers seek the personal touch with purchases of this nature, and we have extensively trained our advisers to ensure they can provide the required level of support to meet this need.

Space2 (http://www.space2.com), a collaboration between leading furniture manufacturer Meristem Furniture Group (MFG) and online marketing agency, Mustard Technologies, has announced it has entered the retail market.
The new site, space2.com, allows consumers to view and buy furniture for every room in the home, from beds and wardrobes, through to bathroom sink units, kitchens and dining room suites.
Visitors to the site can also benefit from design advice from top London Interior Designer Abigail Ahern who will be contributing to the space2.com monthly newsletter.
MFG will be responsible for the manufacture and distribution of furniture orders to customers while Mustard Technologies created the site and will run the support systems and customer service centre.
The website is supported by a database called Red Spider developed by Mustard Technologies. Red Spider centralises all customer and prospect data, and automates order confirmations and delivery information. It also collates customer feedback on their buying experience and sends offers to prospects within areas where they have shown a prior interest. The system also produces MI reports, financial end of day reports and sales reporting.
space2 is committed to providing a high level of customer service and has implemented several assurances for purchasers, including:
- A named representative allocated to each purchaser, who is fully trained in assembling the furniture;
- Low prices - all products are price promised so if the customer can find them cheaper anywhere they will receive a refund of the difference;
- Free 5-10 working day delivery. One of the lowest turnarounds in the marketplace;
- An upgrade to 48 hour dispatch on all items except bathrooms;
- No quibble money back guarantee; and
- No quibble free returns policy.
Paul Johnson, Director of space2, commented: “We are very excited about this new venture into the consumer market. We are challenging the more traditional route of furniture retailing by giving customers an online solution to furnishing every room in the home, providing the cheapest products in the marketplace but great quality too.
