About Scott Andersen

Scott joined Rush Tracking Systems in July, 2006 as the Director of Professional Services. Prior to joining Rush Tracking Systems, Scott was the Technical Director of International Paper's RFID System Integration practice, ASURYS. As a founding member of ASURYS, Scott was the International Paper research lead for all “Smart Packaging” and “RFID Supply Chain Solution” concepts. Scott has actively developed and successfully patented several RFID supply chain solutions with expertise in RFID and RTLS based lift truck solutions and retail smart shelf solutions.

While at ASURYS, Scott managed several RFID Supply Chain Implementation Projects at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Consumer Products Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Retail companies. Scott’s RFID accomplishments include the first full scale deployment of an EPC lift truck warehouse management solution and implementation of a “live” retail RFID smart shelf.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration from Iowa State University and is completing his M.B.A. in general management at Xavier University -- Cincinnati, Ohio.

Future Outlook
