Data-Tel Info Solutions Offers System Optimization Training

Data-Tel is pleased to announce NEW supplemental training, free of charge. The one-two punch of System Optimization and the already existing Online Training Videos will extensively demonstrate the functionality of our xSELLerator software and have customers running with 100% efficiency.

The Data-Tel System Optimization training will demonstrate how to get the most out of leads and agents while giving a better overall understanding of how xSELLerator can work best. The optimization training sessions are available three times a week, ranging from one to three hours in length.

The training is for call center managers and list/lead managers, and concentrates on managing leads using all of the features within the predictive dialer leads control, as well as utilizing the reporting to understand the relationship between the performance of xSELLerator and the utilization of leads.

System Optimization training is led by a trained Data-Tel Representative and accessed using Glance Networks and a telephone. The training is free and there is no limit on how many times a customer can attend.
