American Home Guides Launches Local Real Estate Web Sites

American Home Guides recently launched the Denver Real Estate Guide, a website dedicated to new-residential construction in the Denver area. This launch is part of a program to provide “localized” web sites providing users with new home offerings and local resources for 24 major cities in the U.S.

Hollywood, FL (PRWEB) September 11, 2006 -- American Home Guides recently launched the Denver Real Estate Guide, a website dedicated to new-residential construction in the Denver area. This launch is part of a program to provide “localized” web sites providing users with new home offerings and local resources for 24 major cities in the U.S.

The new city guides are designed to give the new home buyer a comprehensive listing of the new communities offered by local and national home builders within a specific market. The guides also provide home shoppers with relevant area information and resources that they can use throughout the home buying process.

"Our print publications do an excellent job of providing home buyers with local information about the cities and counties they serve," says Brad Pinzur, a content producer with American Home Guides, "but it is difficult for consumers to locate the same information on-line." Pinzur added, "Until now there really haven’t been sites dedicated primarily to new homes and local information at the individual market level."

The new guides feature area maps with new community locations, available floor plans and renderings of new home models. Along with the listings home shoppers will find area information section that provides an overview of surrounding cities and counties, as well as, the phone numbers for government services, utilities, schools, area recreation facilities and other pertinent details.

Plans call for an on-going effort to add local resources and services to the site. "This is a main part of our approach," Pinzur concluded, "to provide as much local information to our visitors, as we can, not just when they begin their new home search but up to and after they move in."

"Our approach is to provide visitors with details about under construction and upcoming communities in their area. Now we can combine our listings with the detailed area information contained in our print publications," Orexmyth De La Vega explained. "Placing the local area information in our city guides does a great service for consumers outside the print market and allows us to grow and enhance the new guides as we move forward."

According to development manager, Orexmyth De La Vega, "Our plan is to launch two guides a month between now and summer 2007 in support of our 24 print markets.” The first guide launched was for the Washington DC area in May of this year (www.washington-dc-real-estate-guide.com). "We have since launched new home guides for Baltimore (www.baltimore-maryland-real-estate-guide.com ), Atlanta (www.atlanta-real-estate-directory.com) and now Denver, Colorado (www.denverealestateguide.com)." Indianapolis and Phoenix guides are set to launch in the coming month.
