HOPE Fundraiser to Bring Children into Families Through Adoption

HOPE Adoption & Family Services of Oak Park Heights, MN will host its annual fundraiser “HOPE Around the World” on November 4, 2006 from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm at the Dellwood Hills Golf Club in Dellwood, MN. HOPE Adoption & Family Services is a small non-profit organization founded by adoptive parents in 1978. Every year, HOPE helps bring approximately 50 children into permanent families, and assists about 10 birth parents to find loving homes for their children.

HOPE Adoption & Family Services is a small non-profit organization founded by adoptive parents in 1978. Every year, HOPE helps bring approximately 50 children into permanent families, and assists about 10 birth parents to find loving homes for their children.

HOPE is licensed by the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin to provide services for: birth parent counseling and guidance, bridge care for babies and children in transition, compliance with Minnesota and Wisconsin laws governing termination of parental rights, pre- and post-adoption education and training, recruitment of families for waiting kids, coordination and support services for U.S. and international adoption, post placement services and reports, legal adoption (finalization) assistance, post adoption counseling and support, and education focusing on the adoption life cycle.

The "HOPE Around the World" fundraiser will be held on November 4, 2006 at the Dellwood Hills Golf Club in Dellwood, MN. The event includes dinner with live entertainment, a raffle, and both a live and a silent auction. The general public, friends, and families are welcome. The cost of admission is $75 per ticket. Funds raised will help HOPE expand services for adoptive families in Minnesota and Wisconsin. HOPE is in need of donated items for the silent and live auctions.
