Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Offer a Young Single Women's Retreat
The Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity invite young women to two Fall retreats with a special Franciscan dimension at their motherhouse in Manitowoc Wisconsin.
Manitwoc, WI (PRWEB) September 8, 2006 -- The Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity invite young women to two Fall retreats with a special Franciscan dimension at their motherhouse in Manitowoc Wisconsin.
According to Sr. Mary Ann Spangers, OSF, “We are offering these retreats as an opportunity for young women to take time to reflect, pray, discuss, participate in the Eucharist, meet others who desire to discover more about God's direction in their lives, and become renewed in their process of discernment.”
The retreats will focus on how to apply the steps St. Francis used in his process of discernment to one's particular reality today. Retreatants will enjoy and be enlightened by active participation in listening activities, dialogue, journaling, music and song, prayer, and input.
Retreatants can also expect to explore an increased awareness of the presence of God's love in their lives; an experience of feeling renewed and supported by the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity; an openness of looking at Religious Life as an option in life; more clarity of the direction of God's desire for happiness in making life-decisions;
