USA Order Boom for UK Work Platform Company

Lobo Systems presents a radical new concept in access equipment. The system assembles into a secure, but variable in height and size, static or mobile platform, allowing access to large open areas or to provide a secure platform in a narrow passageway. Assembly of platforms is achieved quickly and easily, with simple components which are both easy to store and transport, allowing access to areas where only hand carriage of equipment is possible. Our no tools, yet quick to construct concept is setting new standards throughout the industry.

(PRWEB) September 10, 2006 -- Lobo Systems, the British firm producing the world’s most sophisticated and advanced work platform system, has won more than $200,000 worth of orders from top American companies including Boeing, General Motors and the brewers of Budweiser.

Six years ago Lobo was facing financial ruin until it was taken over by Robert Bokros, a successful IT entrepreneur. In that time he has developed the scaffolding system into a world-beater with overseas orders from the USA, Canada, Australia and Singapore and even Georgia.

“Since returning from an exhibition with our US distributor the order book from American companies keep on growing,” said a delighted Robert Bokros.
“The key to success is the system’s versatility.
It can be reconfigured in a matter of minutes to reach different locations.”

He sights as an example a recent order from the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Rail Company.

“The sales manager of our USA distributor sells this organisation a lot of safety products. He called with details of the Lobo system and, despite the fact they have placed an order already from a competitor, he allowed him to demonstrate it. As soon as their maintenance engineers saw Lobo they cancelled the original order and placed it with us,” explained Robert Bokros.

Alan Snow, sales manager of Wise El Santo in Methuen, the firm’s US distributor, added: “They need the scaffolding to service the external roof mounted air-conditioning system. The great benefit the Lobo offers is that it is simply and easily reconfigured to work with different types of rolling stock or to enable servicing on other equipment.”

At Boeing the Lobo is used to enable servicing of the nose cone of a number of different aircraft in their fleet. General Motors use it for interior factory management and at Budweiser it is used to reach inside and to the top of the giant brewing towers.
