SurePayroll Named to Inc. Magazine’s Top 500 List of Fastest-Growing Companies for 2nd Consecutive Year
Online payroll service SurePayroll ranked 194 in Inc 500, with over 600% revenue growth over the past 3 years.
CHICAGO, IL September 11, 2006 — SurePayroll, the nation’s leading online payroll provider, was ranked 194 on the prestigious Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing U.S. companies. SurePayroll was one of only 200 companies to make the list for two consecutive years.
The Inc. 500, modeled after the Fortune 500, measured revenue growth between 2002 and 2005 to determine this year’s honorees. Companies must be independent, U.S.-based and privately held.
Founded in 1999, SurePayroll was the first to market an online payroll processing service, and now services over 17,000 small businesses nationwide. Since its inception, the company has processed over 1million payrolls. SurePayroll has achieved over 610% sales growth in the past 3 years. This year, SurePayroll was the 4th fastest-growing company in Illinois — 15 Illinois companies made the list.
