Erika Lewin-Harris, CPA, of Goldstein Lewin & Co., Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, has been promoted to Director of Business Development and Community Relations.

In addition to her daily demands as a tax specialist, Mrs. Lewin-Harris is active in community organizations. She is a member of the Professional Advisors Committee for the Boca Raton Community Hospital, a board member of the League for Educational Awareness of the Holocaust (LEAH) and Co-Chairperson for the organization's 2007 Building Bridges Gala. Mrs. Lewin-Harris is a committee member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and the March of Dimes Signature Chefs and Wine Extravaganza. She is also a volunteer for the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. Last year, she was on the Executive Committee for the American Heart Association Heart Walk and a Team Captain for the Event.

The Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce designated Mrs. Lewin-Harris as its "2003 Person of the Year" in recognition of her significant contributions to the community. As the 2003 Chairperson of the Boca Festival Days, she helped raise over $200,000 for local nonprofit organizations. She was Co-Chairperson of the 2002 Boca Festival Days and has been an active participant in a variety of other Chamber activities including the Ambassadors Committee, the Successful Women in Business division, and Leads Group #2. She has also presented tax planning strategies to the Chamber's Business Interest Groups.
