To increase productivity in states that are difficult to generate mortgage leads in, HelloLender.com has consulted with media powerhouse Star Media Network of California.
Blacksburg, VA (PRWEB) September 11, 2006 -- Financial Media Group LLC (FMG) which developed and launched it’s mortgage lead generation division HelloLender (HelloLender.com) in Jan. 2006 has announced it has signed off on a long-term $100,000.00+ annual advertising agreement with Star Media Network, a nationwide ad agency specializing in geographically and demographically print and television advertising sales.
The agreement is not a contract locking HelloLender.com in to using the network exclusively. HelloLender’s VP of Marketing stated, “We are open to using all types of marketing avenues. HelloLender has consulted with Star Media Network about the issues of generating a larger amount of inbound lead calls for our FL and CA based clients.”
In the mortgage industry there are two states that are problematic in generating mortgage leads (Consumers looking for a mortgage or home loan), Florida and California are considered the toughest. Florida and California are the states that everyone wants leads from. The reasons vary but typically they include Higher Loan Amounts and Commissions for the loan officers.
With so many loan officers in Florida and California and so much competition in these states, generating leads that are of good quality is not as easy as many would think. HelloLender.com has many clients located in these states that simply have to wait patiently for the calls to come in. We spoke with one of HelloLender’s clients, David Chastang who paid HelloLender $2500.00 to generate him 50 calls from CA loan prospects. When asked how he liked the HelloLender service David said:

HelloLender plans on using Star Media Network to help increase exposure in California by 300% or more. This move is to generate more calls for CA based loan officers. Star Media Network is based out of Santa Barbara, CA so they know the CA market more than most ad agencies found online and have the print media connections HelloLender needs to increase productivity in states like Florida and California.
