HandCrafted Homes builder-partner LGS Homes is constructing a new model home in Winston-Salem, to be completed by mid-September, 2006. The home will be a customized version of the Montana model.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (PRWEB) September 12, 2006 -- HandCrafted Homes builder-partner LGS Homes is constructing a new model home in Winston-Salem, to be completed by mid-September, 2006.
The home, which will be the second HandCrafted Homes model home LGS Homes has built in Winston-Salem, will be a customized version of the Montana model, a 1.5-story Cape Cod-style house that includes three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It will feature a wraparound porch, large sitting area near the first floor master suite, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor with a tray ceiling in the dining room and custom features, such as transom windows, cultured marble bathroom vanities and columns and arches throughout the plan.
“The Montana model home will demonstrate how HandCrafted Homes and LGS Homes work together to design and create custom homes to suit any family's needs,” said Larry Sauls, president of LGS Homes. “There is endless flexibility in planning a HandCrafted Homes modular home and we are excited to be working with them.”
Upon completion, the model home can be found at 3995 Patterson Avenue, Winston-Salem, N.C. 27105, with both the model home and display center being open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The sales center is currently open and can be reached at (336) 767-7565.
