Martha Littleton, president of Littleton Advertising & Marketing, a Raleigh-based full-service marketing and public relations firm, has announced that two of the firm’s employees, Matthew Rhodes and Stephanie Collins, have received promotions.

Rhodes, who previously held the position of public relations associate, has been promoted to director of public relations. In this new role, he will manage the activities of the public relations department, oversee the development and execution of strategic public relations campaigns and serve as a main point of contact for the firm’s clients.
Collins has been promoted to the position of public relations associate. Her new responsibilities include assisting the public relations director in planning and executing public relations campaigns, heightening clients’ media presence and building and maintaining client and press relationships. Collins previously held the position of assistant account executive.
