Longtime Interaction Associates Veteran and Innovator Barry Rosen is the new Director of Learning at the leading corporate learning and performance solutions company.

Rosen joined Interaction Associates in 1984 and has served in a variety of roles, including as past president of the company and in senior consulting capacities. He has led the development of the firm’s core learning programs and services -- and most recently was Director of Client Services.
    
He has helped dozens of private and public sector organizations improve operating performance while building a more collaborative and inspired workplace. His clients have included General Electric, Allstate Insurance, Arthur Andersen, Charles Schwab, McKinsey & Company, Pacific Gas and Electric.
    
Rosen has designed and facilitated senior team dialogues and alignment-building sessions with organizations as diverse as DuPont Corporation, The Carter Center and United Way. Rosen has also facilitated sessions with the Dalai Lama in Dharmasala, India.
